Product information, dimensions, ranges, finishes and images on this site are provided for general guidance. Exact specifications, tolerances, standards and pricing are confirmed in writing on a per-order basis and against your drawing.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a binding order. An order is formed only when we issue a written confirmation. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them.
Intellectual property
The Hexora Fasteners name, logo and site content are our property or used with permission. Drawings and specifications you share with us remain yours; we use them only to quote and manufacture your parts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jamnagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in an order confirmation.
